Unused seats can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase; the ProMCQ team reviews each request. Seats already accepted are not refunded.
Sign in at agency.promcq.com, then enter your organisation's name, country and contact details. No ProMCQ staff approval is needed to start.
Buy 1 to 100 seats in one order, in your currency. Each order has an invoice link.
Invite by email, one at a time or from a pasted list, or share each student's personal link on WhatsApp. Each link lasts 14 days, with up to 3 reminders and an optional personal message.
No codes to share. Your student opens the link, creates a free account with the invited email and accepts. Their 3 months start that day, and you follow their progress on your Students page.
A seat gives one student full ProMCQ access for the profession and exam board they choose.
You always see who is studying. Students choose whether you also see their scores, and they can stop sharing at any time without losing access.

No. The seat covers full access for 3 calendar months. The student accepts the invitation with the invited email address and starts studying.
The seat is added after their paid time. Their 3 sponsored months start when the paid time ends.
No. You never see their answers, messages, payment details or identity documents. You always see activity, and you see scores, mock results, readiness and exam date if the student agrees.
Readiness comes from the student's latest mock exam score, and you see it only if they agree to share it. A score of 70% or more shows Ready. From 55% it shows Nearly there. Below 55% it shows Getting started. Readiness does not guarantee an exam result. Progress updates once a day, overnight.
Yes. Add them with the access they need: full control, managing students, buying seats, or view only.
As many as you have seats for. Each invitation uses one seat, and cancelling an invitation gives the seat back.
Yes. The portal takes 1 to 100 seats per order. For more, email support@promcq.com.
