By accessing or using this website or purchasing an access pass, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.
1. No affiliation with Prometric or exam authorities
ProMCQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Prometric, the DHA, MOH UAE, SCFHS, OMSB, QCHP, NHRA, MOH Kuwait, or any other official examination authority. All content is independently created for educational and revision purposes only, based on public information and clinical guidelines.
2. Educational purpose only
All materials are provided for educational purposes. The content does not represent actual exam content and is not intended to replace formal clinical training, official exam preparation resources, or guidance from the licensing authorities.
3. Intellectual property
All materials, including questions, explanations, revision notes, flashcards, mock papers, clinical images, digital tools, text, graphics, and content, are the intellectual property of ProMCQ unless otherwise stated.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, resale, or publication of our materials is strictly prohibited.
- Your access is for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account violates this agreement.
- Legal action may be taken against any breach of intellectual property rights.
4. Promotional offers
Free trial offers
We may occasionally offer promotional free trials as a limited-time offer. These promotional offers are not always available and are provided at our sole discretion.
- Availability: Promotional offers are available for limited periods only and may be withdrawn at any time without notice
- Eligibility: Offers are typically limited to new users and subject to eligibility criteria
- Terms: Each promotional offer will have specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer
- One offer per person: Promotional offers are limited to one per individual - creating multiple accounts to access multiple offers violates these terms
- No guarantee: We do not guarantee the availability of free trials or promotional offers
- Account restrictions: We may suspend accounts that abuse promotional offers, including where one individual creates multiple accounts
5. Payments and access passes
- Access to premium content requires an access pass at the price shown at the time of purchase.
- On the website, payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- In the ProMCQ iOS and Android apps, passes are sold as in-app purchases and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Those purchases are refunded by Apple or Google, not by us.
- A pass gives the same content however you buy it, and your access works on the website and in the apps when you sign in with the same account.
- By making a payment, you agree to the price and fixed access duration shown at the time of purchase.
- ProMCQ access passes are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
- Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases. Please read it carefully before making a payment.
6. Account usage and termination
- Access is limited to the individual who created the account.
- Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access without notice if there is a breach of these terms, including unauthorized sharing, misuse, trial abuse, or copyright infringement.
- Termination due to breach does not entitle you to a refund.
- Trial abuse: Creating multiple accounts to extend trial access, using VPNs to circumvent limits, or other fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.
7. Limitation of liability
ProMCQ provides materials "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee exam success or specific outcomes.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim resulting from:
- Use or misuse of the content
- Errors or omissions in content
- Failure to pass your licensing exam
- Technical issues, website downtime, or interruptions
8. Disclaimers
By using this website, you acknowledge and accept that:
- We are not affiliated with Prometric or any Gulf licensing exam authority
- The content does not reflect actual exam content
- These materials are intended as revision aids only
9. Changes to terms & conditions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GK's Study Centre LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
