Your OMSB score report arrives by email from Pearson VUE. After a pass, complete the MOH licence route before working.

Find and save your score report

Pearson VUE emails the report to your registered address within 24 hours (OMSB results FAQ). Check the inbox and spam folder for the email in your Pearson VUE profile. Save your report when it arrives.

Pearson VUE cannot send a lost report again. Send missing-report and result questions to OMSB (score-report FAQ). Your email report is your own result; it is separate from a public practitioner register.

The OMSB programme FAQ does not describe feedback beyond the score. Keep your own practice record to review weak topics.

After a pass, finish the licence route

Complete document checks and your employer-submitted OMSB equivalence assessment.
Follow Oman licence requirements for MOH registration and your profession’s licence steps.
For pharmacists, pass the Drug Safety Center oral VIVA before licensing (licence service).
For private-sector nurses, finish the MOH interview or viva, approval, labour card and licence documents (nursing SOP).

Check whether your pass is still accepted

We did not find an official general OMSB pass-validity period. Ask OMSB or the relevant MOH service about your profession before applying.

For Drug Safety Center pharmacy applications, your exam certificate must be under 1 year old (Apply for Exam requirements). This does not set a validity period for all OMSB papers.

After a fail, check retake permission

Pearson VUE says there is currently no maximum number of OMSB written-exam attempts. OMSB’s policies still apply. Pay for each new booking. The FAQ gives no minimum wait. Ask OMSB about retake timing before paying.

Keep private-sector nursing viva attempts separate

The MOH nursing SOP allows 2 more attempts after a failed interview or viva. This is separate from the OMSB written exam. Ask MOH and your employer about the next assessment.

Ask OMSB about a result dispute

We did not find an official OMSB appeal or rescoring procedure. Send your result query to OMSB. Ask what review it can offer before paying anyone to challenge the result.
