The DataFlow fee sheet gives one set of prices. An older DHP circular gives lower prices. Neither says when its prices start. Both check your degree, licence and work history, plus CrossCheck. Check the price in your case before you pay.

Applicant Assist: conflicting pricesQAR 146 on the fee sheet. The offline form gives a different price.
Applicant Assist: offline formQAR 157 on the offline form. Confirm the current charge before paying.
Issuer release feeSome issuers charge separately. Your application shows whether you pay DataFlow or the issuer.

Apply online yourself to avoid the extra help fee. Missing documents and late replies from issuers can cause delays. Check costs on Sharek, Qatar’s government service portal, and in your verification case. The Sharek fee pages give no start date.

We did not find an official total. Each extra check adds to the bill; each retake costs USD 244. Pay USD and QAR fees separately. An accepted equivalent exam removes the sitting fee. From 1 January 2026, you must pay to verify that exam proof.

Before booking

Check your degree and exam exemptions in Qatar licence steps. Finish primary source verification (PSV), the check with each issuer, before evaluation. We did not find an official SCHQ2 booking-ID rule, expiry period or reissue fee. Use the steps shown in ProScheduler and any instructions from DHP or your employer.

A booked seat does not prove you meet the licence rules. DHP does not say if every pharmacist can book before gaining enough work experience.

Book your centre and date

  1. Open the Qatar SCHQ2 programme. Choose Schedule. It opens ProScheduler, Prometric’s booking system, with SCHQ2 already set.
  2. Read the SCHQ2 notice. Choose the exam for your work scope.
  3. Search SCHQ2 for a centre and date. Each centre runs some exams; it may not run yours. Check your dates there.
  4. Enter your name exactly as it is on the ID you will bring.
  5. Check the fee. Pay by American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit card. Keep the email and confirmation number.
  6. Use that number to confirm, change or cancel your seat through the programme links.

The 2014 QCHP FAQ allowed sittings abroad. Prometric’s FAQ says this depends on your exam and dates. Search your city before you book travel or leave.

Prepare for exam day

  • Bring the valid government photo ID used at registration. This can be a passport, national photo ID or photo driving licence. Your name must use Latin letters.
  • Bring a second ID with your signature. A credit card, bank card or Qatar National ID can count.
  • Arrive 30 minutes early to check in (SCHQ2 notice).
  • Ask Prometric for your testing time and total appointment time. DHP’s exam page and Prometric give 3 hours. Blueprints and Circular 18/2020 give 3½ hours.
  • We did not find an official Qatar onscreen-calculator rule or break allowance. Be ready to work sums by hand. Ask about breaks at check-in.
