Prometric exam for allied health professionals: which Gulf paper is yours
Your paper follows the licence title the board accepts for your award. Check the title before you pay for checks, booking or study material.

Find who decides your title
| Board | How the paper is assigned | Application guide |
|---|---|---|
| DHA, Dubai | Free Sheryan self-assessment against the PQR, then DHA review if needed. Eligibility ID uses your DHA ID, category, title and specialty. | DHA title check |
| DOH, Abu Dhabi | TAMM application reviewed against the PQR. Assessment may be written, oral or OSCE by title. | DOH title check |
| MOHAP | Evaluation officer decides title, exam or exemption. Assessment may be written, oral or Prometric. | MOHAP evaluation |
| SCFHS, Saudi Arabia | Choose a category in Mumaris Plus. Verification and any assessment happen within classification; a required assessment precedes the decision. | SCFHS classification |
| DHP, Qatar | DHP evaluates the scope of practice. Scopes without a listed paper are handled case by case. | DHP scope check |
| OMSB, Oman | Qualification decides category. BSN and diploma nurses have separate papers, with 60% and 50% pass marks. | OMSB categories |
| NHRA, Bahrain | NHRA reviews the licence file before issuing a code for 1 attempt. Its allied-health pass mark conflicts with Prometric’s figure. | NHRA application |
| MOH, Kuwait | MOH classification sets titles on the named private-sector physician route. Pharmacy has a separate licensing department. | Kuwait title check |
Similar names can mean separate papers
DHA’s CBT guideline lists each title’s code. The code names a paper. It does not prove you qualify for that title.

If your qualification is unlisted
At DHA, try the free self-assessment with no documents. If you disagree, ask for a review. DHA matches unlisted awards to the closest title.
At SCFHS, ask for Qualification Study first. It costs SAR 300 and takes 50 business days. Check the current fee in Mumaris Plus.
Qatar checks your award or uses a panel if your scope has no paper. That does not mean you can skip an exam. Ask NHRA title questions at allied@nhra.bh.
Use your actual work history
Give the true job title and dates for your work. SCFHS’s letter must show clinical practice, category and start date. It must be issued within 3 months before you apply.
DataFlow records licence and job titles separately. We did not find an official rule that either must match the job on your passport. This does not settle visa rules.
Some titles need an oral or OSCE. ProMCQ covers nurses, pharmacists, dentists and GPs. It does not cover allied-health papers. For those, study the board’s outline and book list.
