Mumaris Plus: manage your SCFHS application
Mumaris Plus is the portal for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). Create an account or sign in, then choose the service you need. Use it to ask for your title, get an exam permit, see results and register.
Facts last verified 5 October 2026. Updated 6 October 2026.
Open your account and choose a service
You can open an account and request first classification from abroad (Mumaris FAQ). That step does not ask for a Saudi work permit. To register later, you must live legally in Saudi Arabia.
Use your passport name in Mumaris Plus, DataFlow and the exam booking. Your ID must match your exam permit exactly. If a document has a different name, DataFlow needs a name-change certificate (SCFHS FAQ).
| Task | Service |
|---|---|
| First title and grade | Professional Classification; follow eligibility and documents |
| Qualification missing from recognised list | New Qualification Study before classification |
| Exam eligibility for an intern or practitioner | Professional Practice Licensure Exams Eligibility; then permit and booking steps |
| Permission to practise | Professional Registration after classification and lawful residence |
| Upgrade, add a classification, change specialty or return after a gap | Professional Re-Classification; evidence depends on your case |
Send missing files on time
Send missing documents within 20 working days from when SCFHS returns your file. If you do not, SCFHS cancels your request (procedural guide). Act on the notice at once.
- Attach the final DataFlow report. A pending report does not meet that requirement.
- If your award is unlisted, ask for Qualification Study first. It takes 50 business days.
- Check the date on your employment letter. It must be from the last 3 months before you apply.
- Check document names against your passport. The name rule does not say job titles must match.
- Ask DataFlow about missing documents or a slow issuer reply. We did not find an official ranking of countries or institutions by DataFlow processing speed.
Resolve an eligibility-number or account problem
We did not find an official explanation of “ongoing application”. Ask SCFHS through Tawasul with your application number before starting another file. Only SCFHS can reset or reissue an expired or unrecognised exam number; call 920019393 if needed.
We did not find an official rule that a second DataFlow request alone suspends your Mumaris Plus ID or cancels the first report. Give DataFlow support both case numbers and ask how the reports are linked. See DataFlow report problems.
Renew registration from abroad
The Mumaris FAQ lets a non-Saudi who was classified and registered before renew after final exit. Its Arabic answer requires no gap in practice and the usual renewal rules.
| Item | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Employment letter | Issued within 3 months; specialty, grade, start date and issue date; personnel department signature and stamp |
| Doctors’ continuing professional development | 60 CPD hours. Your account counter shows hours needed and due. |
| Approval | CPD hours or an employment letter alone do not guarantee renewal |
| Registration period | 2 years; this does not set exam-score validity |
Check reclassification conditions before paying
The Mumaris FAQ lets you ask for reclassification from abroad. The reclassification checklist asks non-Saudis for a valid residence permit. Ask SCFHS how to meet this rule from abroad before you pay.
| Your case | Which service to ask about |
|---|---|
| Registration expired over 1 year ago; experience gained abroad | English FAQ: reclassification, then registration. Arabic final-exit answer: professional registration. Ask SCFHS which service applies before paying. |
For a gap in practice, SCFHS criteria allow training, assessment or CPD on the professional council’s recommendation. They set no single time for this. The general 1-year non-Saudi experience minimum is not a gap-repair rule.
Training after a gap is limited to Saudis and equivalent categories with a gap of at least 2 years. Check if you qualify before you pay for a placement.
Volunteer work counts only if it is proved, relevant and equal to actual practice. Gap training such as Tamheer must meet SCFHS rules for training letters. Ask SCFHS if the placement and proof fit the decision on your case.
