Is the DHA Unique ID your exam booking ID?

No. The CBT generator uses your Unique ID, category, title and specialty to make a separate assessment eligibility ID.

How do you get the DHA eligibility letter?

The public generator issues an assessment eligibility ID, not an eligibility letter. Save that ID for Prometric booking. Professional registration is a separate approval.

DHA Sheryan account, IDs and status help

Sheryan is DHA’s online licence system. Create your account and enter the codes sent to your email and phone. Then use your DHA Unique ID for DataFlow and exam booking.

Create and verify your account

Use the DHA account guide to create your account and sign in.

Choose Register on the Sheryan sign-in screen.
Enter the required account and contact details.
Verify your email with the one-time code DHA sends.
Add your mobile number and enter the SMS code.
Sign in with your new account.

Verify both your email and your mobile before you try to sign in. Use an email and phone you will keep while you apply. If sign-in fails, check that you have entered both codes.

Keep the same personal details

Enter your name exactly as your passport shows it. Use the same name, email and DHA Unique ID in DataFlow. Use matching passport details in the exam application. Fix differences before booking. If a certificate has your former name, ask DataFlow what proof to send.

DHA’s ID tool gives you a number. It does not give an eligibility letter. A wrong title can put you in the wrong paper. For an ID problem, email info@dha.gov.ae.

Handle eligibility and status problems

If self-assessment does not confirm your title, use Review Registration Eligibility. DHA checks your documents; approval confirms eligibility only. Follow DHA licence steps for documents and DataFlow.

If your result is missing, follow DHA results help. Your registration must be active when the facility activates your licence. Renew in the 3 months before expiry. You cannot use the renewal service after registration expires.
