Prometric exam recall questions, score upgrades and fake certificates: the rules and the official checks

By the ProMCQ Editorial Team

Do not pay for leaked exam questions, a score change or a certificate image. Check results and licences through the regulator’s own services.

Offers to refuse

  • Files sold as questions from a future exam date.
  • An offer to change a failed score or have someone sit the exam for you.
  • A certificate without the required exam or a claim of insider influence over DataFlow.

Prometric’s terms forbid sharing test content, including your answers. Pearson VUE also forbids sharing questions; a breach can invalidate results.

Check a licence separately from a score

A practitioner register confirms licence or registration status. It does not prove an exam score. A seller’s screenshot cannot replace either check.

Check before you pay

These are ProMCQ’s suggested checks. Ask for sample questions with explanations and compare their topics with your board’s outline. Read refund terms in writing.

Keep your logins and documents. Confirm payment requests through the checks company’s or regulator’s website. A familiar name in a chat group does not prove a link to that organisation.

SCFHS offers an official practice exam. Prometric’s DHA page says it sells no preparation or practice content for that programme. ProMCQ’s questions are original practice questions with explanations.

Frequently asked questions

Can someone upgrade a failed Prometric score to a pass?

No legitimate service sells score upgrades. Use your regulator’s result-review route. SCFHS says rescoring is unlikely to change the result.

Where can a seller of official exam questions be reported?

Prometric’s DHA and MOHAP programme pages give illegalpracticetests@prometric.com for sellers claiming official test content.

Is someone from “DataFlow” offering to fix a negative report genuine?

Check through DataFlow’s own channels. Its public notice warns about sites and typing centres pretending to represent it. Raise a discrepancy through the official process.
